7vv Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and 7vv ("the Platform") governing your use of all products and services available at 7vv.onl, including sports betting, live casino, slots, fish games, and the 7vv mobile application.

By accessing the platform — whether by registering an account, logging in, placing a bet, or using any game — you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, which form part of the overall agreement.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms and that the person meets all eligibility requirements described below.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of 7vv is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are registering on your own behalf as a private individual, not as a business or on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee of 7vv.
• You have not previously been excluded or had an account closed by 7vv for violations of these Terms.

7vv takes age verification seriously. The platform may request supporting documents at any time to verify your age or identity. Until verification is complete, withdrawals may be withheld. If a player is found to have been under 18 at any point while using the platform, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made during that period will be reviewed individually.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on 7vv. Duplicate accounts — whether created under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, all accounts may be closed and any balances or winnings held pending review.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact information, and any other details requested during the registration process. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

• All registration details must belong to you — do not use another person's name, phone number, or payment details.
• Your registered payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account, etc.) must be in your own name.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.
• 7vv reserves the right to decline a registration application without providing a reason.

4 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your 7vv account. Keep your password confidential and do not share your login details with anyone else — including family members or friends. 7vv will never ask for your password via email, SMS or customer support chat.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 7vv support immediately. The platform will investigate promptly; however, 7vv cannot accept responsibility for losses that occur due to a player sharing their own login credentials or failing to keep them secure.

5 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on 7vv are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed promptly.
• Easypaisa — mobile account transfers accepted.
• Raast — instant digital payment via Pakistan's Raast infrastructure.
• Bank Transfer — inter-bank transfers to the designated 7vv bank account.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds sent from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and the account being investigated.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method selected. These limits are shown at the time of deposit in your account dashboard. 7vv does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges which are outside 7vv's control.

Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the funds are confirmed received. In the rare case of a delay, contact support with your transaction reference for assistance.

6 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time through the Withdrawal section of your 7vv account. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account in your own name that matches your 7vv registration details.
• Any active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in your account dashboard.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on standard banking timelines.

7vv reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard process to protect account security and prevent fraud. If documentation is requested, please provide it promptly to avoid unnecessary delays to your cashout.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 7vv, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, Esports and any other markets available on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted.
• 7vv reserves the right to suspend or close a market at any time before an event begins if circumstances require it — for example, due to a change in team composition, weather delays or other factors.
• If an event is abandoned, cancelled or not completed within a reasonable time, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market type as shown in the Betting section.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to system availability. Network delays mean that a live bet request may be processed at a slightly different point in the match than the moment you clicked — the accepted odds are the ones that apply.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are shown before you confirm a bet.
• 7vv may void or reverse a bet in cases where it was placed on an event with a clear pricing error, or where suspicious activity is detected.
• Cricket markets including PSL, T20 matches and international fixtures are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. No account is taken of unofficial sources or social media announcements.

In any situation not clearly covered by these rules, 7vv's decision on the settlement of a bet is final. Disputes about bet settlement should be raised with customer support within 7 days of the event result being posted.

8 Casino & Games

7vv's game offering includes a live casino with real dealers, a game lobby with slots and other titles, and fish games. The following rules apply across all game categories:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems or, in the case of live casino, by the real-time actions of a live dealer. 7vv does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure — such as a disconnection mid-game or a software error — the hand, spin or round in progress may be voided. Any bets placed for that round will be refunded to your account balance. Completed rounds that have already been settled are not affected.
• Fish games operate on the basis of real-time multiplayer pools. The payout structure for each fish game table is shown before you join.
• Live casino tables may have minimum and maximum stake limits that differ from the standard game lobby. These are displayed on each table before you enter.
• You are responsible for ensuring your internet connection is stable before entering a live casino game or starting a bet. 7vv is not liable for losses arising from your own connectivity issues.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 7vv offers bonuses and promotional rewards to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance after the qualifying deposit or action is completed, as described in the offer terms.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement — an amount you must bet before the bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is specified on each offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the remaining bonus balance will be removed from your account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• If 7vv determines that bonus offers are being systematically abused — including through matched betting, exploiting technical errors, or coordinated activity between accounts — the platform reserves the right to remove all related bonus balances and winnings and to close the accounts involved.
• 7vv reserves the right to change, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to your account before any such change.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 7vv. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account under the same identity or using shared devices, IPs, or payment methods to obscure duplicate accounts.
• False information: Providing inaccurate personal details, falsifying identity documents, or misrepresenting your age during registration or verification.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform without genuine manual engagement.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to unfairly influence the outcome of games, exploit bonus systems, or manipulate live casino table outcomes.
• Exploiting errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, technical glitches or any obvious mistakes in odds or game payouts.
• Money laundering: Using the 7vv platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds with the intent of concealing their origin. All suspicious financial activity will be reviewed and reported as required.
• Underage use: Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by anyone under the age of 18.

11 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 7vv platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, game graphics, logos, text, icons, and data feeds — is the property of 7vv or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any part of the platform without written permission from 7vv.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any software used by 7vv.
• Use the 7vv brand, logo or name in any external publication, website or social media without explicit written consent.

12 Responsible Gaming

7vv is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for adult players. The platform offers a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity responsibly:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your account to keep spending within a budget you are comfortable with.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7vv's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds currently held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. 7vv is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data or opportunity.
• Actions taken by a player based on information, tips or predictions from third-party sources.
• Losses arising from a player sharing their login credentials with another person.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.

14 Account Suspension & Closure

7vv reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time and without prior notice if there is reason to believe that:

• These Terms have been violated in any way.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been raised by the player or their payment provider.
• The account holder has died, is under legal incapacity, or has been identified as a vulnerable person requiring protection.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. If an account is closed for any other reason — such as a voluntary closure request or due to a platform decision unrelated to player misconduct — the remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after verification.

Players who believe their account has been closed in error may contact 7vv support within 30 days to request a review. The platform will respond with a full explanation within a reasonable timeframe.

15 Changes to These Terms

7vv may update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For significant changes, 7vv will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via account notification or email.

Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
